Pre-Orders & Shipping

Please note that all pre orders will be shipped 15/11/25 using EVRI. Please allow 2-4 working days to receive your order after shipment.

We do not take any responsibility for any parcels left in safe places, chosen neighbour or after delivery has taken place. 

EVRI is currently a contactless delivery service with GPS proof and will leave the parcel at the address given on the order. We do not take responsibility for any stolen parcels if the parcel is left contactless. 

All customers are emailed tracking information and therefore if you know you are not going to be home for your delivery you can choose a safe place or a neighbour for your parcel to be delivered to.

If you believe your parcel has been stolen, contact the police prior to contacting us. If you can provide us with a crime reference number, email us and we will be able to assist you further.
